2. NOT MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
TranceWell providers are not acting as:

Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical disorders.

4. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are complimentary, but scheduled times must be respected.
Paid Sessions & Programs
All purchases are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable unless explicitly stated

Must be used within stated timeframes
Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

Provide accurate personal information

Attend sessions on time

Refrain from alcohol or substance use prior to sessions

Communicate openly and honestly

Take full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing
6. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information is used for:

Marketing (if consent is provided)

TranceWell will send appointment reminders with link to access to appointment once you opt in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [Phone Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to remove a client from any program or session if:

No refunds will be provided if Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by Connecticut law, where TranceWell LLC is headquartered.
